Privacy Policy

SellerLoupe is operated by Shaikh Masud Pervez, Jashore, Bangladesh (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect, what we deliberately do not, and what you can do about it.

1. What we collect

• Your email address — this is the key to your access. It is how we know a subscription belongs to you.
• Subscription status and dates — which plan, when it started, when it ends.
• Support messages — if you write to us, we keep the correspondence so we can answer it.

That is the complete list.

2. What we do not collect

• Nothing you research. The four browser tools read the files you open entirely inside the page. There is no upload, because there is no server behind them — they are static files.
• No analytics or tracking. No Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no session recording, no third-party scripts of any kind.
• No payment details. Card numbers are handled by our payment provider and never reach us. See section 5.
• No advertising identifiers, and we never sell or share personal data with anyone for marketing.

You do not have to take our word for this. Open any tool, open your browser's developer tools, and watch the network tab: it stays empty while you work.

3. The two Chrome extensions

Data Scraper and Supplier Finder run in your browser and need permission to read pages you visit. Specifically:

• Data Scraper reads Amazon pages only — the 22 marketplace domains and Amazon's public search-suggestion endpoint.
• Supplier Finder reads Alibaba pages only.
• Both store what they collect in your browser's own extension storage. It is not transmitted to us or to any third party.
• Neither extension touches your Amazon seller account, makes purchases, or acts on your behalf.

Uninstalling an extension removes its stored data with it.

4. Why we hold what we hold

Under the GDPR this is our lawful basis: we process your email and subscription dates to perform the contract you entered when you subscribed — without them we cannot tell whether to let you in. Support messages are kept on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering you and keeping a record of what was said.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider, who acts as merchant of record. They collect your billing details directly; we receive only your email address and whether the payment succeeded. We never see or store card numbers. The provider's own privacy policy governs the data they hold.

6. Who else sees your data

Only the services that make the product work:

• Cloudflare — hosting and delivery of this site and the tools.
• Our payment provider — billing, as described above.
• Our email provider — to send you access details, renewal reminders and replies to support requests.

We do not share your data with anyone else, and we do not sell it. Ever.

7. Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Once sign-in exists, a single cookie will be used to keep you signed in — a strictly necessary one, with no tracking purpose.

8. How long we keep it

Your email and subscription record are kept while your subscription is active and for 24 months afterwards, so that a returning customer keeps their history and so we can answer billing questions. Support messages are kept for the same period. After that they are deleted.

9. Your rights

Wherever you live, you may ask us to:

• tell you what we hold about you,
• correct anything that is wrong,
• delete it — note that deleting your email ends your access,
• send you a copy in a portable format,
• stop processing it.

Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK and are not satisfied, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

10. Children

SellerLoupe is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Where your data is held

We operate from Jashore, Bangladesh. The services listed in section 6 store data on servers in several countries, so your email address may be processed outside your own. We use providers that offer standard contractual protections for such transfers.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change it we will update the date at the top, and we will email subscribers before any change that materially affects them.
