Terms of Service
Last updated 29 August 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Shaikh Masud Pervez, Jashore, Bangladesh (“we”, “us”), covering SellerLoupe and the six tools in it. By subscribing you accept them.
1. What you are buying
A subscription giving you access to six Amazon seller tools — four that run in your browser and two Chrome extensions — for as long as the subscription is active. You are buying access, not a copy: the licence ends when the subscription does.
2. Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the tools for your own business. You may not:
- share your access with anyone outside your own business,
- resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the tools,
- copy, decompile or repackage them into another product,
- remove or alter the branding, or present the tools as your own.
Reports you generate are yours to use with your own clients — that is what they are for.
3. Using the tools responsibly
The tools read public pages from your own browser, at a human pace, using your own session. You agree to use them within Amazon's and Alibaba's own terms and within the law of your country. You must not use them to harvest personal data, to overwhelm any site, or to interfere with anyone's service. If a site asks you to prove you are a person, the tools stop; do not attempt to defeat that.
4. Not affiliated with Amazon or Alibaba
SellerLoupe is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc., Alibaba Group, or any of their subsidiaries. “Amazon”, “FBA”, “Alibaba” and related marks belong to their respective owners and are used here only to describe what our tools work with.
5. What we do not promise
We must be plain about this, because the alternative is misleading:
- No income or ranking is guaranteed. The tools help you research and decide. They do not make sales happen. Nothing here is a promise of profit.
- The data comes from public pages and can be incomplete or out of date. Verify anything you are about to spend money on.
- Scrapers break when websites change. Amazon and Alibaba change their pages without notice. We fix ours as quickly as we can, but we cannot promise uninterrupted operation.
- This is not professional advice. Tax rates, customs duties and fee schedules in the calculator are inputs you control, not advice.
6. Payment and renewal
Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled. Payment is taken by our payment provider acting as merchant of record; their terms govern the transaction itself. Prices may change, but never during a period you have already paid for, and we will tell you before a renewal at a new price.
7. Cancelling
You may cancel at any time. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for and is not cut short. Refunds are covered separately in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Suspension
We may suspend or end access if a payment fails and is not corrected, if access is shared or resold, or if the tools are used in a way that breaks section 3. Where the circumstances allow it we will contact you first.
9. Course students
If your access comes with enrolment on the Amazon FBA course at careergori.com, it lasts as long as that enrolment does and is governed by the terms you agreed to there. These terms still cover how you may use the tools.
10. Liability
The tools are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, lost data, or for decisions you take using the tools. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update them. The date at the top changes, and we will email subscribers before any change that materially affects them. Continuing to use the tools after that means you accept the new terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Jashore, Bangladesh. Nothing in this section removes any consumer right you have under the law of the country you live in.
